Cosmopolitan photo-shoot consisted of 9 set of photos in an out door jungle theme with trees, an earthy wild endearing vibes flowing through the shoot. For the first photo the model had on minimal makeup beach wearing hair and sun hat. The dark green and black clothing with brown sandals, matching hat and a bag that match both clothing and shoes look trendy. The entire out fit has a look that would appeal to all, the clothing did not look too expensive for lower budget people not to want to buy. while did not look to cheap and low in quality the up market would not want to buy like wise. Anyone could afford to buy and wear pieces from the range as they were all affordable without feeling like they are breaking the bank. They were from reputable brand Jacket £380-Fame Swimsuit, £205- Stella McCartney Hat, £105 Bimba Y Lola, Bag £39.99 Zara and Sandals £75, Birkenstock at Schuh at prices within reach from low to up market.
2.Hello Fashion Monthly :The making of MALAIKA
Hello Fashion Photo-shoot consisted of 8 sets of photos in a similar theme to Cosmopolitan with an outside earthy tone to the styling with the model wearing similar in makeup also. the similarities’ run throughout the shoot with the flowing of garments and the way they are arranged and displayed. Similarities in colour tome with a bit of lighter colour mix in with hello Fashion is where I can point out the difference. The contrast is with the background of the shoot although earthy theme, one looks inside with plants to give the outdoor backdrop cool vibes feelings. With a bit more patterns and little more accessories to compliment the outfits. Hello Fashion poses are closer up with the model in a shallow depth 0f field image posing up against the wall that tells you the images were not just about her clothing but also about her and the locations of where the photo-shoot were done. With the wall featuring boldly in the back ground while with cosmopolitan it was more about the model and what she was wearing
Analysing the target market level of Cosmopolitan
The target market level of a magazine such as Cosmopolitan varies, the consumers are from a quite wide base and would fit the demographic of the kind of clothingI would like to design for and will be targeting in the future. I would produce design garments and outfits that come with a wide and colourful colour palette like the image below.

I would include images of photo-shoot with bold prints and abstracts drawing in multi-colours in different settings from indoor to outdoor and cat walk with back drops and props that would include bright and fun locations such as the beaches/standing on the sand as we as playing in the water, rivers posing on the riving bank as well as chipping rocks the bring on the styling theme of summer and enjoying the warm weather. Rafting, canoeing, playing in the grass and open fields like cane field and bamboo walk, with lots of out doors and open space. From garden to the wild and forest as the background trying to keep things as close to nature as possible when dressing the models which would include male, female and children. My shoot would be ranging from Gothic street style to, street cool, trendy, mid flow to high-end out the box celeb. My target market would include people who love a certain look but was a bit apprehensive to try, I want to get people to try new things while discovering things about themselves they did not know were within them. My styling will be theme around discovering the inner you let it lose and be free to embrace being happy inside and out. When I think of a target audience for my designing I do not think in a box I think out the box and explore, learning and trying new things as we go along. My target market, will be high to low end but most of all it will be clothing that will bring out new things in people to make them happy to wear their clothing after buying it.
